preserved mustard, green Sichuan, fennel, glass noodles

Grilled Short Rib
black garlic, cabbage and leek terrine, yuxiang, pepper jus

Dry-aged Liberty Duck (for 2)  
cauliflower, jasmine-peach, soubise
